Well attentive, no pressure, friendly atmosphere

Sales person Jean was kind and willing to answer my question.

The moment I pulled up to serve area, I was greeted by Charlie and directed to check in with Anthony. Anthony verified my info and reviewed what was going to be done to my truck including addressing a recent recall issue. Charlie gave a ride to work ann Anthony called me an hour later that the service was complete. Charlie picked me up from work a few hours later and I chatted with Anthony, proceeded to pay for the service and I was on my way back to work. Forgive the pun, but the experience from drop off to pick up ran like a well-oiled machine!

Wait time was short. Chris service manager very friendly and let me know what my car needed before work was done. 👍

Gene Ponti was knowledgable and prompt with information and service. I enjoyed working with him and will recommend him to anyone I can.

The employees were very very pleasant. Everybody said good morning to you no matter what their job was and Chris took care of me was on time and they said it would take about 90 minutes and it was exactly 90 minutes and I’m very pleased.
