Excellent service throughout the entire process

Very pleasant experience. Frank Sorensen is a great GM, Jordan Sangaard was a terrific salesman and I enjoyed working with Kevin Szelag, Finance Manager.

Sales person Jean was kind and willing to answer my question.

The moment I pulled up to serve area, I was greeted by Charlie and directed to check in with Anthony. Anthony verified my info and reviewed what was going to be done to my truck including addressing a recent recall issue. Charlie gave a ride to work ann Anthony called me an hour later that the service was complete. Charlie picked me up from work a few hours later and I chatted with Anthony, proceeded to pay for the service and I was on my way back to work. Forgive the pun, but the experience from drop off to pick up ran like a well-oiled machine!

Gene Ponti was knowledgable and prompt with information and service. I enjoyed working with him and will recommend him to anyone I can.
